The staff are really nice. The owner on the other hand is rude, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. When I went in the owner was nothing but rude. For how over I priced everything is you’d expect a decent level of customer service from the owner. His employees don’t get paid on time if he simply doesn’t feel like coming in that day.

Staff is really nice they work super hard! But the owner is probably the worst I've seen he very rude! over prices everything even Gas. He even "Scams" you with your points card. Dont work for him as he will push you to leave change your hours all the time as well not paying on time. Be aware! Save yourself some time and stress and go somewhere else!

Such friendly service! They have a little bit of everything, and the LCBO outlet inside has a pretty good selection. But not for wines! Gas is always a bit on the pricey side. Come here for the people.

Obviously they have no idea how to run a business, can’t even keep their hours updated online. Tried to stop here for gas/snacks at 8:30 on a Saturday and they were closed even though it says they are open online

Went there this morning to get gas and some bottled water as hydro was out. The owner wanted $50 00 per case of water..... total rip off and gouge..... Zehrs wanted $2. Per case ... we will never buy gas or ever go to this business again ... hope what ur putting Off to other is repaid to you 100 times and then 100 times again! Pirates!!!!

ESSO HEAD OFFICE. PAY ATTENTION HERE:The 2 women working here are about as bad for customer service as you can get. In to buy lottery tickets and the cashier was clearly bothered by my being there. Sighed about 5 times. Never said hello, thank you, or goodbye! The other one slammed a chair and made me jump because a truck driver used the BATHROOM !!!. What a piece of work!! Then she says to the other one “that’s what you get when you let them use your bathroom”Never again will I enter this pos building!

Rude staff, very long waits in line. They prefer not to wear COVID masks on their faces, but around their necks even when asked why. I have been several times and this is the case.
