This was the worst service I've ever received. Linda was very unprofessional and distracted the entire time. She was on the phone and talking to other clients rather than paying attention and ended up cutting me numerous times. Blatantly sanding/filing down my skin rather than my nails before sticking them in acetone without any concern. Leaving them looking mangled even months later.Services: Nail polish changes

I wouldn't even give 1 star. Never going to this place again!!! I've been there twice. First time I went to get my nails done, she plucked my skin while removing the cuticles and it wouldn't stop bleeding the whole time she was doing my nails. The only reason I stayed was because she was being sweet. My finger was hurting for one full day but I ignored it thinking its okay it must've been a mistake. And that is the only reason I decided to go there again but this time to get my eyebrows done. I had a very important event and I showed her a picture of myself and asked her to give me the exact shape of the eyebrows as in the picture. First of all, she was not even willing to listen to me. She keeps saying that I am a professional and I know what's best. I still showed her the picture and requested her not to mess it up. When she was done I checked in the mirror and it looked fine. She then said that even if I hadn't shown her the picture she would still have done it this way because shes a professional. And by the way, she has one little yellow bulb in the room where she does eyebrows. So it looked fine to me in that light. When I went home and checked in white light there was one full line of hair left under the eyebrows that she had missed. She basically just pulled out hair from around the eyebrows in a thin line. What about the rest of it? When I closed my eyes there is this thin line of hair and then above it is all waxed and then theres the eyebrows. I went back to her and requested her to remove that hair. She was so rude and she said, "I'm very busy today, you come back tomorrow". I was like I paid you. She wasn't very happy and she started plucking the hair out and guess what? She plucked out a little bit of the skin. Now I have an event to go to and she still did not pull out all the hair and there is a red spot under my eyebrow. When I showed her what she had done she just ignored me. I told her I wouldn't be going back to her again. Very very very unprofessional!!!!
