This place is just as bad or worse then ever! They lie to there customers all the time.... they waste lots of your time which in turn is costly for your buisness! If you had to chose an unorganized building store this 1 takes the cake for all of ontario so far!

SUPPORT LOCAL : SEE MIGUEL.If you need any help from the store see Miguel he is very helpful and has excellent customer service. If there is anything outside if his scope of knowledge he goes through the proper channels to obtain accurate information to present a solution if one is possible instead of just assuming and misleading customers. The store is working hard every week as well to slowly increase stock and expand inventory even through covid. Give them a shot!

I called today after contacting most if not all stores on line for paint ( tinted)After several hours of complete frustration with each stores web pages giving information on paint ,problem was they are not user friendly by any meansPoint being I was able to contact Feldman Timber received excellent service from Lisa and will now be able to get my tinted paintHome Depot does not tint paint due to covd19 this is a hell of a time of year (Spring home renovation)To not have a person on the job to provide services that are essential

The worst service ever. Had to order my roofing supplies 3 times before it arrived undamaged. Very upsetting as I had to pay a contractor each time when the supplies were supposed to be delivered

Tried to buy a few more paving stones to match some i bought last year , no stock 3 weeks in a row after repeatadly being told next week each time i went inWhen questioned about this behavior staff couldnt care lessDont even bother going here drive across town and youll at least get straight service

Seemed like the store itself had low stock on supplies. However staff were friendly and very helpful. Bulk orders and rooftop deliveries are easily arranged. Locally owned as well.
