I recently decided to get new tires for my car and after talking with Jeff he showed me a selection of tires that would suit my needs .after some more talking on what would be the best for me, he is very knowledgeable in his field and very professional. After purchasing them and having them installed I was amazed by the ride they gave me thank you Jeff . I also had a oil change and brake services done by his shop mechanics Casey and Jordan .Casey was very professional and took the time out to explain what I needed to have done for brake service. While waiting for brake parts she took time to look over my vehicle and gave me suggestion on what I made need in the future, it's nice to know she took the time looking out for my safety. I would recommend Tillsonburg Tire for there services, great service, great mechanics and a professional shop thanks again to all that made my service experience a little easier. Thanks again Jeff, Casey and Jordan your shop owners should be proud they have you on there team .you can't put a price on good service .

Jeff hooked us up with some Continental winter tires. My wife’s coworkers complain about icy spots getting in and she tells me she has no trouble at all. Ice or snow they feel very sure footed.

Under new management with no licensed mechanic, had work done and it was apparently an apprentice who did it.I had to demand my money back and my car is still broken.

Went here last week with an emergency tire situation. The man at the front desk graciously helped me with my problem and provided extra service that I wasn't expecting as this was a half hour before their closing on a Friday. While I was waiting another woman can in with a similiar problem and was helped as well. Most places would have turned us away and went home for the weekend. Exceptional service.

Got 4 tires installed... boy they must have seen me coming. Way overcharged and made we wait 2 hours to do the job - guess the wait was to consume more "shop time". Funny, I was the only one there. Anyway, looking for tires to be installed now. Not going back here

Had them dismount my front ATV tires from the rims so I could inspect the rims and all that good stuff, they did it while I was there in and out in 10mins max.

I have been to Tillsonburg Tire twice in the last 3 months with minor issues (leaky tire and check engine light) and they have provided amazing customer service. They were able to fit me in on short notice, gave honest advice/opinion and got me safely back on the road. Thanks for taking good care of your customers and their vehicles!

We have been getting our 2 vehicles serviced by this place. Excellent service. Great people, professional, friendly will go above and beyond to offer excellent customer service. Price is fair.I am from Toronto and bought a truck in London; they did safety inspection and repair/replace needed parts then offer to drive the truck to downtown (no extra charge) as they were coming to watch a Leafs game.Thank you very much it was very much appreciated.All the best to you guys.From: Lancoa Contracting Inc.

Some of the bad review here are true they are sarcastic. DO NOT COME HERE. Its my first time to come here and I only got up until the front desk. Planning to have my brake pads replaces book an appointment before reading the reviews. Most of the complains about tires and the workers are rude. So they mess up with tires already how much more for my brakes. Dont trust them with your car.

If you want a blind safety this is the shop for you. I purchased a car a month ago in a private sale “safetied” at Tillsonburg Tire form my wife. (2011 Linclon MKX)The MTO safety slip had the wrong km and different date then when the car was looked at. I was told the tech that signed the safety was off for personal reasons. How can a safety even be signed with out the car even being at the shop?At the time of delivery ( same day the car should have been “safetied” ) the car was dead. I had to rush to Canadian tire to pick up and install a battery, upon installing the battery the hold down was missing. This is very dangerous.After installing the battery, we went to the gas station to fill up the tank, and the smell of gas was so strong i thought it was pouring out. Later upon mto re inspection found out the tank had a large leak on the top. I completely understand how this could missed if the tank was 1/2 full during inspection.There was a chip in the windshield which appeared to be filled by super glueLastly this vehicle had horrible memory steer, there was a loud binding noise, when turning in the wheel would not return to Center. (Strut bearings)Not only is she sacred to drive it, it needs 3k in parts and labour.The customer service was horrible. I called on the Monday. Looking to speak to a manager who could help come to a solution, they were unavailable and told me he would call me the next day. I continued calling and still no answer from a manager, or the owner (Tuesday). as I was on the phone the next day (Wednesday ) the owner’s daughter was very disrespectful and told me she knew more about vehicles then I do and the gas leak and other things weren’t important.Very sad I thought I could trust A shop for a safety. What’s the point on a repair shop if you put people’s love ones at risk.Really wish the owner could stand upFor his shop and do the right thing and repair the car or offer to pay to have it done at a professional repair shop
