Trying to get a hold of somebody to talk to on the phone is impossible with their virtual assistant.And when you call the 18 hundred number, you get stupid people who don't know what they're doing

Very rude and unhelpful tellers. Bringing in a large amount of rolled change organized precisely seemed to be something none of them wanted to work with for some reason.
