“**EDIT** Go to the storefront location - the people here actually know what they're doing. The call center "help" is completely useless. Accomplished nothing over the phone with the 1-800 numbers, but the staff at the kiosk set a lot of the issues straight and explained more in 2 minutes than what had been accomplished spending literally HOURS on the phone with Telus/Koodo.
These folks don't get paid enough to clean up the mess others leave for them. Thank you both for all your assistance and patience today - it made a world of difference.”
