Long story short, they put 3 extra litres of oil in my engine after an oil change and caused a world of problems.Thankfully another shop found the issue and my car is back to normal after months of it acting up.

I had a tire with low air pressure. They took me in right away, corrected the problem and then didn't charge me anything. I am very happy that I got the tires from them because they really look after their customers.

Major safety concerns with their service!! Decided to give them a try. I only needed winter tires that I already had put on rims and tires balanced. You would think that switching my winter tires over would also include making sure they were full of air… Service was quick. As soon as I turned on my car my dash lit up saying low tire pressure, I went back in to let them know. The front desk told me don’t worry about it and that I needed to drive it for 10 minutes to clear the dash. What a joke! Returned home where my dad easily pulled up my tire pressure on my dash, all my tires at 15 psi. At this point they were closed. Had to run to a gas station to put more air in them to make it even safe to drive. I don’t have high hopes that they are balanced either but haven’t drove at high speeds yet. I will never be returning for more service since they can’t even do this simple task.

The manager - Rob was very helpful when I traded in my Didge Dakota truck. He is storing the truck's winter tires and will sell them for me. He answered all my questions and was very professional. Great service.

I booked an undercoating for my car and asked if the tires could be looked over to see if new ones were needed.I arrived 15 minutes earlier for my booked appointment as requested. After waiting an hour, I inquired into how much longer it would be. I was informed that they were finishing my tire change. I was confused as I never order any tires or was given a quote. I asked what was going on and was never given a direct answer. I was offered my car back only to discover that after an hour absolutely nothing had been done. I was visibly upset and did happen to swear once, to which I quickly apologized for. No one would accept responsibility for a simply mistake. I will never be returning nor recommending this company.

took our winter tires (already on rims) to be switched from our summer rim and tires. They charged an environmental fee , what a joke , when questioned that nothing was even recycled or thrown out when switching our tire set, they said it was for "shop supplies, wear and tear on impact wrenches and air compressor"what a joke ,lost ours and our families business for life

Always professional and courteous. We drive 30 minutes to this location for 3 separate vehicles because of the excellent service when getting the Krown undercoating. Been coming here for years, with no reason to stop.

Took my truck in there, was charged $220 bucks for a brake service, not sure if the cobwebs and grass was part of the service, but these don’t look like serviced brakes, and I can tell you they weren’t because I had to pay another shop to do your job for you. Take your vehicle elsewhere.

We set an appointment for an alignment because it’s backed up, we go and they look at us like why are we there, I even called, said we will be there in 10 minutes they still saidok !!!!! Come !!!! we get there they said um we don’t have any mechanics here to do alignments today not until next week so not only had to spend gas to get there got to drive home on new tires for a week now another week on them plus a garbage alignment still ! And now can’t get in until atleast a week so will be shredding these new tires !! 100km I need to drive a day for work so $1000 tires are gonna be garbage soon just very frustrating and a company to be that unorganized is not ok in this day in age if I could put zero stars I would !!!!
