“I have been having a lot of trouble with my tv. Stopped in to Ronson's this morning and explained what was happening. I did not
purchase the tv there, however, he listened and made some suggestions (haven't tried them yet). If they don't work, I will be returning and purchasing a new tv from there. A little kindness goes a long way. Thanks”
