I’ve called 7 times right in a row and no one picked up, the 8th call I made, a man picked up the phone, NOT announcing that it was a Circle K, I knew I had the correct number as it is the same phone number as when I was the Assistant Manager there over 20 yrs ago. The phone rang long enough that the fax ring started, maybe he is outside checking the gas level, maybe in the washroom, I can’t see how the store could be this busy at 1:15am, long after an afternoon shift was finished, as well a lot later than people would be going in before a midnight shift started. Then finding there was at least 2 people working, no matter what, two can not be that busy for the other to answer the phone, However…After asking the man, if I had reached Circle K in Tillsonburg, he almost seemed reluctant to answer me, so I asked a second time, the answer I was given, was the opposite I expected, I expected to hear, Yes it is, how may I help You, but instead I was given this response..+…..+….Dial Tone‼️So I called back, this time he did NOT say Hello, So I said to him, how are you sir, Nothing.. Sir I am calling to enquire if You have a Rainbow coloured VUSE device❓He said I don’t know, then I heard him talking to whom I am assuming is a co-worker, and his co-worker asked me, What do you want❓ We can not hear you, I repeated it 4 more times and once again was met with a phone being hung up.I called back, no hello NOTHING, instead I heard on my end, the receiver hit the floor, NO NOT PLACED ON THE COUNTER, I Almost, expected to hear, I’m sorry about that, I waited a few seconds until he picked it up, but instead heard them telling a customer that his card had declined, then once again one of them hung the phone up‼️If, that would have happened when I was working there, or a co-worker, we would have been given a few days off with a firm warning. IF, these two men can not understand fluent English well enough to answer a phone call, then perhaps they should not be touching it. I am writing this from London, however, I am going to My Hometown tomorrow morning, so please, if you read this in the morning, I think it be wise you warn the worker/workers to expect a very vile woman to come in and let them know, that how they treated me, AS WELL, the customer who’s card declined to be KNOWN that Tillsonburg is NOT the right place to treat ANYONE like a HUGE steaming Pile of S**T‼️ We, are known, We as In People as well the Town itself, are known to be one, of a limited number of small But, growing Friendly Towns. Those two, Clearly haven’t received the MEMO‼️So, I will extend the Verbal Message Myself‼️

Get there and 2 employees are out having a smoke chitchatting so I go in go to the washroom come out and grab the drinks I was going to purchase and walk up to the counter and I'm waiting there for a few minutes with not a single employee in the store so I put my items back and went down the road to the next gas station to give them my money instead.. talk about customer service

Servise is fast so fast that you have no chance on collect air miles they rip you off o im sorry i logged out to fast once i could have accepeted but for the second time im starting to wounder if this is being done on perpuse searisly im not happy .if it done on purpuse shame on you!!!!!!!!!!#
