The worst tire purchase I have ever had. My first and last time coming here. I am currently the only customer here but waiting 2 hours for a simple mount and balance - after specifically asking before arriving from my 40 minute drive here that they do infact mount and balance in house. Which they do not ! And they don’t even bother having valve stems replaced !Obviously no consideration for the customer or integrity to care about the value of their work. All sales and more up charges !UPDATE: finished the truck and I asked the mechanic to spray down my valves, not only one but all four were leaking - the extremely aggressive and loud mannered manager MIKE looks it over and looks me straight in the eye to tell me he “sees no issue” Now I wait while the experienced mechanic volunteers himself to replace all four valves. Fortunately they’ve got a mechanic from the dealership working for them who knows a problem when he sees it..

Did a 3" lift with larger tires. Specifically raised the issue of rubbing prior to installation. Was assured that wouldn't be a problem. Picked up the vehicle with aggressive rubbing. Raised the issue with proof of prior discussion about rubbing. Requested cutting of the plastic vendor parts that were causing the rub but was told that I had to book another appointment to do this. Went home and took a cutting tool and fixed the issue myself in 15 minutes. It's a shame they couldn't finish the job to completion. Giving a customer back a vehicle with rubbing simply reflects poorly on work and pride in service quality. Not going to be repeat customer.**Response to Owner's comment**(1) I didn't know that there was rubbing before picking up the vehicle, so there is no way that I would have requested to see it before your tech could cut it. Why would I want to see the rubbing?(2) the vehicle was ready for pick up at end of day the previous day and sat in your shop overnight and half day the following day. All this time, the tech knew that there was rubbing because he marked out the areas with chalk where contact was made. No time between being told the vehicle was ready for pickup and me picking up the vehicle was I told about the rubbing.(3) It is unacceptable to deliver a vehicle like this to a customer when the work being done is lift with larger tires. Is this the first job you guys did with lifting a truck and putting on larger tires?
