Very good customer service. Ladies on front counter really helpful. My flying j rewards card was not working amd i need shower . She help me to set my rewards card. She did best and assign me shower. Made my day.

Lazy people working at the cash counter . Won’t help you other than giving fake smiles . 5 people at the counters but won’t print you an email copy . But rather stay there talking to each other . Waited for 20 mins then drove to nearby truck stop to get an email copy .

Pumps are always having issues here. Went there today. 3 pumps down. Ridiculous wait times. And they don't even offer free coffee after waiting 20 plus mins to get fuel.
