Excellent experience first time shopping at Car Quest in Tilbury! Purchased a new cabin filter, had a laugh at what I was replacing - 10/10 customer service !! (I had a very disappointing experience buying a new battery at Napa a few weeks ago so I was a bit nervous coming here but now I will ONLY shop at Car Quest for my future vehicle needs!)

On her way out of town my wife noticed that more diesel exhaust fluid was needed. They had it stocked right at the service desk and were very helpful and even assisted in putting it the vehicle. Quick and helpful service!

They have always been super helpful and when our local "automotive" box store doesn't have something....all the time....this place has always saved my day. Well stocked with useful stuff. When I ordered a cold air intake from them, their price was very comparable and the delivery was way faster then I could ever get it.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! It is nice to walk into a store where you get greeted with a smile!My recent experience was excellent! i had a hard to find item other stores could not supply and Dean and Vince went beyond to find me that part and at a very reasonable price.TILBURY CARQUEST will be my go to auto parts store in the future.I move to this area last year and happy to know there is a auto parts store i feel comfortable going to.Thank you ! :)John P.
