Walmartis a place of evil. I bought three items there at 3 different times and had to return them all the day after purchase. Faulty products, few staff, and they had aisles blocked with pallets of soil most recently.

I am new to thunderbay and found Walmart is best place to buy things in affordable price.They have almost all things which one needed to live life, best part is they have good and trained staff who keep helping us and I can found Indian grocery easily.Wheelchair accessible parking and special chairs are available for person in the need.

We had the pleasure of meeting the store manager,Jason, who directed us to some great savings. This was very helpful,as we just moved here from out of province. Everyone was very friendly.

Americans: Please note you have to bring your own bags or buy totes. We did not know this and had to carry our groceries. Also, shopping carts are locked and used a $1 coin (looney) to use. Store has what you need, but Canada is expensive!

This has to be one of the saddest Walmarts I have ever been to. The lighting seemed very dim with the exception of the produce section which had extra lighting. The aisles are tighter than normal and the shelves were very messy and unorganized which makes for an unpleasant shopping experience. The floors are in rough shape too.This is one of the smaller Walmarts I have been to, but with two other locations in Thunder Bay, I will not be returning here.

Probably if you have a little rush is a good option however I prefer to go to the Memorial Walmart, it's bigger and you can find more options for you and your family

While the employee's are very respectful. The brie cheese I bought was rancid and had a horrible taste. It was do on May 11th and it's May 17th.

Shoutout to Shayn, at Walmart County Fair.
He was working at self checkout around 6:00 pm on Saturday April 28th when I was checking out. My arms were filled with 4 items, the bottom one being Honey Dip donuts that were leaking their coating through on my jacket sleeve
When he saw I was struggling, he offered me some paper towel and spray cleaner to remove the stickyness then proceeded to wrap the donut package in a produce bag. Well done young man, you are a true gentleman! Kudos

Guys do not take part time jobs here the csm managers woman are rude. Hope people get treated right here it's been months but those csm managers still remind me how rude they were while doing shifts mainly students who come from abroad please find work somewhere else than this place..its been many months before I worked hope those managers are not still around.. higher managers should ask the employees About how csm managers treat them mainly to cashiers.. take other production or fashion side jobs then being a cashier here..

Hollered at me as I was leaving out the front door about a TV I had in my cart. I had to wait several minutes to pay for this TV in electronics before they'd even allow me to leave the area with it. Basically, embarrassing me as I'm heading out after using the self checkout (which I dislike BTW) to purchase other items.I come to this store maybe 3 times a year or less for holiday shopping. Every time, I am not impressed with this store at all.I had them tell me once "we can fix your order this time but next time we won't" in regards to me not using my Certificate of Indian Status at the appropriate time stated at their tills. Except this till in electronics didn't have the sign she was talking about. So I asked her to return the 15 items, totaling over $600.Another time Walmart wouldn't sell me listerine, stating it was policy not to sell after 7pm. My friend from North Carolina was flabbergasted standing behind me after driving me an hour into town and to get supplies.I'm constantly followed around the store and even get to watch them in groups of 3 follow other Indigenous people around.
