Dear Virgin SIM Telecommunications Department,I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning billing issue that I recently encountered, which has greatly impacted my trust in Virgin SIM's services.On February 2nd, I received a bill totaling 191 CAD, which left me baffled as it included charges for a 7-minute call to India, despite having 1000 free minutes allocated to my plan. After discovering this discrepancy, I promptly reached out to your customer service department for assistance.While I commend the representative who initially offered a 55 CAD reduction on the bill, it took over an hour of discussion and explanation for the charges to be fully waived. Despite the eventual resolution, the time and effort required to rectify this matter have left me deeply dissatisfied.As a former Bell customer who switched to Virgin SIM for superior signal quality, this incident has significantly undermined my confidence in your company. Furthermore, it has caused me to rethink enrolling in autopay for my phone bills, as I fear encountering similar issues in the future.I urge you to conduct a thorough review of your billing systems and procedures to prevent such discrepancies from occurring again. Additionally, I request formal acknowledgment of this issue and assurance that steps are being taken to improve service reliability.Regrettably, this experience has cast doubt on my decision to continue my subscription with Virgin SIM.
