I came in to pick up an online order but also to see if the store had a product I had just seen today but didn’t know the name of it. The associate Raija was very helpful and they were able to understand the toy I was referring to and pointed me in the right direction! Excellent service ☺️

The item I went for was not on the shelf. A customer service cashier paged another employee to check out the storage area. He brought out the item. He was very helpful as well. The staff here are polite.

The staff at Toys R Us are by far the best trained people in any store in Thunder Bay. They are polite and always helpful!
