This store is like a little hidden gem, i only shopped online but it feels like such a personal experience, the team even contacted me because there the box didn’t look perfect and it had a small imperfection, the level of transparency is amazing and appreciated. Their prices are competitive and even better than big box stores and their customer service is amazing!

Because the store is well over 1000 miles away from me and in another country, I’ve never had any dealings with them before. However, they happened to be one of the only two places on the planet left that seemed to still have a particular toy that I wanted. Because of shipping costs, I wanted to find the most reasonable place I could from which to purchase this now out-of-production toy.
To their credit, they graciously waited for me to do a thorough search of other options, held the toy for me throughout, and in the end we worked out the cheapest version of shipping from Canada that we could, which helped to make the shipping cost only a bit more than the cost of the toy itself.
Their willingness to go above and beyond to help serve a customer speaks volumes about who they are, and how they are. If I lived near them, I would be a regular customer and friend.
Their hearts, and their business, seem to be in just the right place. You couldn’t ask more from a store who serves children and their families.

I recently ordered from Toy Sense. I had heard of their store, and their service and was pleased to find recommendations to be true. I had multiple questions around the items, and the purchase itself. The staff was supportive, friendly, and informative, by phone and email. Great service, prompt delivery. I would recommend considering doing business with them. I pan to do future business with them.

I have not been able to go to the store in person, but online shopping here is wonderful. There is an extensive toy selection, the prices are really competitive, they ship quickly and offer a very decent shipping rate.
I do not have a toy store nearby, so I am glad to have found this place :3

What a delightful toy store. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The aisles are easy to navigate through, and the parking is right up front!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Endless toys! We stayed for a couple of hours and could have stayed much longer! Saw toys I’ve ever only seen online! The selection was incredible. Thank you!!

Best toy store in town hands down. Huge selection of popular toys, educational toys and stuffed toys. Also they have good stock levels.

Went in with my daughter for a gift, the male worker stormed up to my young daughter and accused her of stealing, telling her there were cameras watching and he saw her put something in her bag... after getting her to empty her back pack and realizing she HAD NOT STOLEN, he refused an apology and we left. A toy store that treats kids like criminals..

I used to go there for Thomas the Tank Engine toys when I was a kid. I still remember that I got the Complete 1st and 2nd Seasons of Fraggle Rock for my birthday, and I still have those dvds to this day.
