Thanks to Wilf’s exceptional service, I have been able to claim thousands of dollars in extended warranty repairs, including a water pump replacement, so that my 2013 now drives like new and no further damage is caused by driving a vehicle in need of major repair. My extended warranty has already paid for itself 2-fold. Despite living 1500km away I would seriously consider shopping for my next vehicle in the Thunder Bay area, just so that Wilf’s can be the one to perform the pre-purchase inspections.”

Exceptional service! Done Rite Tire and Auto was recommended to me by a friend. This was my first visit and I was very impressed. I phoned on a Friday morning and spoke with Kevin. He said they were very busy, but, if I could stop by the shop he would at least check the car and let me know if it was safe to drive. Upon arrival I was greeted by Darian at reception desk. She was very nice, cheery, and knowledgable. In a matter of 10 min I was taken to my car which was already on the hoist. Kevin told me it was not safe to drive the car bc the strut mount had broke. He showed me and told me the reason why it was unsafe to drive the car, and he answered all my questions. Darian took me back to the front and checked for parts, gave me a quote, and told me my car would be done by Monday or Tuesday morning at the latest. I was then shuttled home by a very nice fellow. This took maybe 1 hr. About 2.5-3 hrs later Darian called me and said “your car is done”. I was shocked! I expected I would be without my car for 3-4 days! Kevin had fixed my car. Within 20 min the shuttle arrived to take me to my car. The bill was exactly as quoted.

I have never received this fast or trustworthy service from any garage before now. Even after being dedicated to one dealership for over 20 yrs. Done Rite, you did great. ? I will be back.”
