When have spoken to them on the phone it was a very strained conversation. It was like was talking to myself. In a question asking about what would be good for my animal I got a 3 word answer and when I asked again needing further info I got same 3 word answer no real help. Could tell thought the whole conversation was bothering them and didn't really want to talk to me. A cold conversation for sure. Since this phone call I decided will forgo looking for the items and pet was looking for and purchasing them there. Felt very unwelcome. Very not helpful at all and very cold

Great little local store. I’ve been having trouble finding high quality cat food, and they have the Fromm brand cat and dog food which is top notch. Also have ample supply of frozen rodents for snakes which other big box stores can’t keep in stock. Very impressed and will be back!

Customer Service has always been amazing but today Brianna went above and beyond. Thank you for being so honest and right away messaging me about my wallet. I was struggling bring 2 big bags of dog food into my SUV and dropped my wallet with money, lottery tickets and all my ID. Brianna brought my wallet to my house with everything in it. Honesty goes a long way. Your store and coworkers are amazing which you are all appreciate. Happy holidays

you guys block the road off with your delvieys cant get in to your store time for you to get off of mountdale you are going to kill someone how would that be you could sell road kill for your pets
