Sorry for it being a late review, but it was two years ago almost to the date, that I had electrical issues with my 2014 Ultra Limited and Mario service manager of Thunder Bay Harley Davidson, too me in priority first being a traveller from Toronto. To get me back on the road. He got his mechanic to work on my bike, after hours, until it was fixed. I would fly to Thunder Bay to purchase my next Harley, rather than any dealership in the Golden Horseshoe near Toronto. This is exceptional customer service for someone on a road trip. Thank you Mario and team!

I stopped in without warning needing an oil change and they got my bike right in. It was a great experience all the way around. They replaced a signal light bulb and washed it as well. The ladies in motorclothes we kind and welcoming. I recommend this shop.

I put taller bars on my bike. My current clutch cable was short so Brandon, in parts, ordered me up a longer cable. He gave me options and recommendations. We ordered it up and it came in early. Correct fit and easy install in about half hour. Very happy with it.

I was 130 km past Thunder Bay when my engine started making very unhealthy noises, turned around and limped back to T- Bay. Got there just as Diane the angel was closing shop on Sunday, told me to bring it in Monday morning. Was there when doors opened, Brandon, Mario, and Hardik quickly accessed and started. New lifters, cam, and bearings. Was back on the road Wednesday afternoon. Awesome people.

Wanted to share the great experience we had yesterday with Thunder Bay Harley Davidson. My wife and I were stranded in Nipigon Ontario with a defective battery at the Tim Hortons. It was a Sunday of course. We called Thunder Bay Harley Davidson and spoke the owner Diane. She was fantastic! She accommodated taking delivery of our sick bike after hours and put a priority on getting it fixed and us back on the road first thing in the morning. We couldn’t be happier! Great service! I highly recommend you visit them if you are in Thunder Bay and consider shopping with them online! Thanks again to you Diane and Mario too!
