Dont go there for tint,
They dont know how to do tint properly, after 2 trips and ruining my car's ceramic coat still full of bubbles and ugly for 400$

Not a good experience with the power center. Went there to get an upgraded sound system in my truck, salesmen was very pushy with me trying to sell me on all sorts of things I went to get it installed and they had ordered the wrong parts so I decided to do it all myself and by doing that I ended up getting higher quality items for $1000 cheaper will never go back there again

Felt super stupid in this store. Employee felt like pushy car sales men. Told me " I guess it's show and tell today" when I wanted to see some over priced electronics. Gaslighted me for not being interested in there overpriced stereos. Tried to make me feel stupid when I asked questions...Horrible experience. I'll buy from anywhere else.

Wow, the customer service was the best I've ever had anywhere. The knowledge of what they sell is great. Many brands to choose from and the store is well organized and very clean. All staff are very polite and treat people like gold. I will return to make more purchases at the Power Center.

Had an amp installed into my vehicle yesterday. as I was cleaning it out I noticed a broken fastener clip that I wasn’t told about. I’m currently trying to contact him to get that piece replaced or at least find out what is broken so I don’t have to personally go through and tear apart my car because they won’t tell you if they break something.

Some of the salesmen there seem very rushed, hurried, and kind of frantic. Maybe that's why ours didn't really listen to me.They don't have a lot of options. They don't seem to sell a wide variety of brand names.I was so displeased with our purchase that I went back two months later and canceled instead of settling for something that wasn't exactly as we asked for. It took a little while to find what we were looking for, but we are extremely happy with our purchase. Great deal, awesome product, and warranty for less than half. I like to buy locally but, this city doesn't have the businesses that have large items on the premises.Too much has to come ordered!!!! Customer service is really lacking!!!!Probably won't go back in there again....

Awful. From the moment we entered the store, till we managed to leave. All the staff saw was dollar signs on us, and almost felt confined from leaving because they were so pushy. When in wanting to support local, won't be back.

I had dashcam installation at here. I had to make 3 times trip to make the installation perfect. Go here if you want to waste time. I can't share all details and upload pics because google doesn't let it show publicly. But sales guy vern was very nice.

DO NOT GET ANYTHING INSTALLED TO YOUR VEHICLE HERE!Bought a stereo and also, got it put in my vehicle. Had to go back 3 times for them to fix something that should have already been fixed at the time of installing it. #1 the wiring hangs down at my feet and gets in my way while stepping on the pedals. #2 they forgot to install the back up camera #3 they couldn’t even install the bezel right would pop out on every bump. Now 5 years later and 4 brand new batteries later found out that it’s been killing my battery. What a joke, myself a 20 year old female could have done a better job.
