Went shopping for a formal outfit today and found this place via a google search.
The customer service I received while shopping at The Loop was excellent!
The young lady who patiently assisted me was amazing and knowledgeable regarding fashion. I couldn't be happier with my reasonable priced purchase and the variety of beautiful outfits this business has in stock.
Definitely will be back and highly recommend this store!

I was blown away at helpful the staff was when I went to buy my first set of beginner discs. I went in expecting to be pointed to where they are and left to my own devices. Instead I was given a beginner set and a complete product breakdown, despite not knowing what any of it meant. The lady that was helping me was able to easily explain away my confusion at some of the terms she was using. They sell women's clothing too.

The loop is one of my favourite places to shop in Thunder Bay. I have purchased countless dresses for occasions, and love the casual wear too.

Went in to buy some gold discs and I couldn t ask for better service. The lady helping me was so nice and helped look up discs I was looking for! 100% will be shopping there again

They are a great little local clothing store that sells excellent quality clothing. Their products are not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. They also have a huge selection of disc golfing products - the biggest in thunder bay!
The owners and staff are all very kind and helpful and theyvhave a great knowledge of everything they sell!
