Today i went to surplus furniture searching for a mattress , i have been to many other places in town and all of them were either over priced or the staff was uninviting and tried to push product on me i never even asked about. That being said , Right away when i entered surplus furniture i got a good feeling!! Richard , Steve and Jack as well as the rest the staff were very inviting and listened to me and and what i wanted price wise and mattress wise , they worked with me very patiently and addressed all my concerns or questions with smiles on their faces, HIGHLY recommend if you are searching for furniture you stop by surplus furniture on memorial , GREAT STAFF , great prices and just a very professionally run store. Definitely will be back !

Jasmine had greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in. Very friendly, professional and quite knowledgeable.
I was in a rush after work and she had stopped what she was doing to help me out. Will buy furniture there again.

Amazing in store staff, they all were extremely knowledgeable about their products & very helpful to get me exactly what I was looking for. Prices were great, & they were able to lock me in at a low price, for longer than most other stores. Even offered great deals on extended warranties. The delivery guys were wonderful & took my old non working appliance when they left. No hassle or heaving lifting done on my part. Was a great overall experience with this company. Would definitely recommend this business & the delivery company they use.

I went there to get a bit of furniture for my Daughter and Brittney came and helped us right away , she gave us alot of suggestions on what supplies were available and if not in stock said it would be on order and be in stock fairly soon..she helped us with the items we wanted to be held until needed. Explaining everything to me . She was very patient with us until we found exactly what my daughter wanted. Brittney was very pleasant and knew alot of what was coming and going re stock. I will recommend her to my friends. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Thks they let us make the decisions not pushy. Thanks again..

Terrible mattress, terrible service.
They try to make you buy it because it's cheap but it'll only last you a few months. The delivery people are rude and unprofessional and the beds are like cardboard.
