Carlo, Cara, and their team were absolutely amazing. They were so helpful and supportive when we were passing through Thunder Bay and had a small collision in our motorhome. They helped us deal with the insurance company, and managed to get us back on the road quickly. They were so kind and went out of their way to help us and make sure that we were okay. Can't recommend this business enough, amazing customer service.

I had some bodywork done on my truck and I was very pleased. Carlo took very good care of me and the work was done in a reasonable time frame. Cara in the office will take good care of you and your needs and handles all the paperwork and dealt with the insurance company for me. A 5 star company for sure. My daughter while attending LakeHead University in Thunder Bay had her car damaged. Superior Autobody helped her navigate through all the insurance issues etc and were very helpful and transparent the whole way. The professionalism of the staff are second to none not to mention the job which they do.I strongly recommend this business.
