As per my insurance provider, Stride charges "higher than customary fees for products and services." Be aware that you may have to pay out of pocket (partially) as many insurance companies will not cover $450 for one pair of orthotics.

I love the service here. The staff are all pleasant to deal with and know their stuff. I am always taken care of and made to feel right at home. I get my custom orthotics here. They also have a wide selection of footwear and socks to choose from for all you foot care needs.

November 2020 One Kind and helpful receptionist; however the other receptionists and technicians did not consistently keep records of calls and information from me about my request. I've been in pain and unable to walk properly for a year. I was just asked "so where do we go from here" I said throw my file in the garbage, obviously this was the wrong place to deal with.If I could give you a minus 100 stars I would. Thank you for not doing anything for 1 whole year and not keeping track of my file, etc.....I'll never spend another penny at this place. They said they worked with me within the limits if my coverage.....how the heck is me paying cash for the shoes in your store .... CASH!! ....working within the limits of my coverage.June 2018 Make sure you are completely happy before you leave the store if your footwear has been altered, because they don't always do what they say about further alterations of fixing the shoe fyi it was only worn twice. Ruined those shoes forever.Fyi "we" didn't rectify the situation, those shoes were ruined by the person that was supposed to be fixing them. I also had a pair of inside shoes altered but not the way I said and was told to bring it back if I had problems. I did but instead if fixing them they were glued and fell apart and again not the way I said to do it.I might not have a lot of money but if I ask for someone to do something over what I'm covered for I can pay my bills...... Thanks.I went to the shoemaker/repair store not far from Stride's current location on Central Avenue and I was completely satisfied with the repairs.
