Great place. Very accommodating. Accurate and honest service, with helpful friendly staff. I've left my truck with them a few times now, and have nothing but great things to say. Wish I lived here, just so I could have a reliable mechanic.

They got me in quickly, had great communication, pricing was fair and when something went a bit sideways with one part of the job they took full accountability and made it right before I even picked up my car. I wish all businesses operated like this. I’ll be going back.

I only go to Stop N Steer Shop! Always friendly staff and they always call before doing more work. Always quick service and reliable.
I have had parts that were defective and warranty work done by them quickly and effectively.
Always my go to for oil changes and all repairs.
They know my old girl and take very good care of her. I never worry about being left without a vehicle as they always fit me in for emergencies.
Chris , Graham and the rest of the staff are top notch. If I could I would give 10 stars.
I highly recommend them. Honest and they take pride in their work.

place told my friend they did a wheel alignment for her and it was never done. A day or 2 later she had to pay over $800 for new wheels and rims because her tire popped from all the friction.They literally lied to her and told her they did a job they never actually done and then charged her $500 for it … allegedly

Stop n Steer away from this place.I went in order to get a safety completed on a vehicle I had recently purchased; I knew it wasn’t unlikely to expect a few repairs, but I was shocked when they presented the list.Some of the items they informed me were in need of repair for my vehicle to pass a safety included a blower fan motor, serpentine belt, and front lower control arm.These repairs seemed odd to me for a few reasons. First of all, the blower fan was functioning and from my research as long as it kept the glass from fogging and kept an unobstructed view then there was no concern. I had just driven the vehicle 15 hours without issue through storms and -20 temps…so I assumed that would suffice. This apparently is not the case, it “sounds like it was about to die” and must be replaced. Interesting.The serpentine belt was also an interesting suggestion, as there was no noises or whining coming from the belt or pulleys, as well as no visible damage or slack in the belt.Lastly, the front control arm and ball joint replacement seemed suspect as the vehicle had actually just had the drivers side lower control arm and ball joint replaced 4 days prior, with a front and rear alignment competed following. I specifically had the suspension checked over prior to driving the vehicle such a lengthy trip and had damaged components replaced. It seemed very odd to me that this was not an issue identified by the previous shop, and as it turned out would not be an issue found by the shop I went to after Stop n Steer.Anyways, I had my safety done elsewhere and as expected I had to do a few small repairs but they were negligible in comparison to the absurd list produced by these folks. I would recommend you keep yourself and your vehicle away from this shop.
