“I called before ordering a canoe pack online to ensure it would arrive on time as it was tight for delivery times. I was ensured it would arrive the day before I needed it so I ordered the pack. The following day Canada Post sent me an email indicating it would arrive a day later then expected and thus not in time. I called and I was again ensured it would arrive in time. As promised the pack arrived early in the morning the day before I had to leave. The staff was helpful and patient with my calls.

“The staff is hit or miss. You either get someone that know a lot about the equipment and can make recommendations, or you get someone that doesn't really want to be there, nor knows what they are talking about and are more concerned with chitchatting with each other behind the desk then helping customers. When you do talk with someone who know what is what, it is great. Having said that, I would still strongly recommend coming to get your sports gear here, rather than one of the big box stores. They have a great selection and the trade in option for old gear is helpful as well.”
“Went for lunch here. The soup was great and service was fine. It was in the afternoon during a weekday so I didn't see people bowl. The place looks a bit old but you can tell they do maintenance as much as they can”
