Horrible customer service experience online. Website was experiencing difficulties and could not process orders. I was charged for attemps that did not go through, and SoftMoc is refusing to reverse charges. Customer Service representatives have refused to help. Honestly, worst customer service experience of my life. Having to pursue other avenues for reimbursement. I have zero product, zero proof or email of any order going through, but have been charged $150. Melissa, an assistant manager, was rude, unhelpful and refused to give me contact info for a manager. Shame on SoftMoc. Thats theft.

Find another store if you want professional service.The staff was rude and short with me when asked a simple question about the size of a shoe. The person spoke down to me like I didn't have a brain. I was going to buy three pairs of shoes but my daughter said you don't have to put up with being treated like this. This is not the only shoe store. The shoe store down the mall has friendly service and answers questions without attitude. I bought my shoes there instead.

Do not shop at this store. This store is complicit in theft purchases.
My husband's wallet was stolen and the thief made a purchase at soft moc in Thunder Bay and the store refused to give us a time of the purchase. My husband is in his 70's and stricken with Parkinson's disease and has difficulty getting around. He made his way to the store only to have the clerk to be very uncooperative and refuse to help in any manner even though my husband showed her his bank statement print out and only wanted to verify the time of purchase for the police report. It was clearly his card that was used in the purchase yet they refused to give any further information.
All other stores (10 in total) were very helpful and provided the information required for the police report.
This is just shameful on Soft Mocs behalf.
Please keep this in mind and do humanity a favour and shop at another shoe store

Poor customer service. Cashier was very rude to me about not knowing the name of the person who helped me only to grab the size I needed. Very unprofessional.

My husband purchased 2 pairs of shoes for my daughters birthday. I immediately returned to the store with both pairs as she didn’t like either. I reordered a pair to be sent to the house as they didn’t have the proper size and the second pair they refused to return my money. I had the original receipt and my credit card as it is a joint charge account and they refused to issue a refund. My husband returned with the shoes and original receipt and card used but now outside the 30 days and they refused to issue a return
