The washroom was average by gas station standards, relatively clean but no paper towels. It gets 4 stars because they had nice toilet paper that WASN’T see through lol

I am extremely disappointed with this car wash. It’s almost always "under maintenance," with the staff providing endless excuses. As a monthly pass holder, I find it especially frustrating that there is no assistance or customer service provided. This has made the entire experience consistently frustrating and unsatisfactory.
