Do not shop here! I purchased a jeep from here and have been waiting for 10 plus days...for it.
Is it because I am indigenous and questioned their business practices, that they keep me waiting longer for my purchase. They did not return a phone call when I wanted to pull out of the sale.
If I can save someone else the indiginity of shopping here, I will.
Please consider shopping elsewhere or shop here and prove me wrong.
Ooou, I did a free oil change for the longest wait for the purchase of a new car...maybe they need better mechanics at this business...because they sure do not make the mark.

Just purchased a car from SELCTiCar and it was a great experience. I provided my search parameters and budget and Kris provided me with the perfect vehicle for my lifestyle.
They were patient with all my questions and their knowledge of the cars on the lot was impressive. The entire process, from test driving to finalizing the paperwork, was smooth and transparent.

Once again iCar did an amazing job! Just purchased my 4th car from there. Everyone including Kris and Rebecca made this happen within a very short period of time. Once I decided what I wanted I contacted Kris. Took the vehicle for a test drive on Monday and by Friday with the help of Rebecca I was driving my new 2022 GMC Terrain. Excellent service ! Excellent team at iCar!! If I am looking for a new car again I will be contacting Kris.

Great customer service from my product advisor George. The management team was great. They offered me the most for my trade and were willing to work with my budget. Ryan Beese the business manager was exceptional. He went over and above to make sure everything was exactly as I asked. He lined up my payments to the date I wanted and looked around to get me the best rate. He also has fantastic style and his hair looked like he had a personal stylist each and everytime we met. The vehicle was exactly what I was looking for and I got a great deal. My only issue is I can’t buy enough vehicles from this dealership. 10/10 would highly recommend.

2024 Terrible customer service. Never followed through on what was promised.They just stop responding to emails etc. I had problems with the SUV 2 days later and nothing came of my complaints. Write a letter to the owners bc no response from management and still no resolution. They never contacted me about it. ? There are much better places and salesmen to deal with in Thunder Bay. Go elsewhere!! One star because 0 isn't permitted.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a car dealership, the guy was very unprofessional, we wanted a used car an pretty much made the numbers ridiculously high unless we bought a brand new car. They wanted over $1000 a month for a 2017 with great credit, I would never recommend anybody to go here there and we also felt discriminated the entire experience
