I had an issue with a broken dryer running cold. I called S&R and they responded quickly and promptly. They sent an associate over at a scheduled time and they arrived on time. Travis, our technician, was really good and courteous and explained what the issues were.Everything was at a reasonable charge and he gave me an accurate estimate and a timeline for the parts to be shipped in. Would recommend them for their service and honesty!

I had a service call this morning from Travis from S & R for a dishwasher installation. Not only did he move my appointment up to accommodate my request, but he also did a thorough job. I found him extremely knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely call S& R first when I have appliance issues in the future!!!Marybeth

Poor professionalism that it assumed as the customer I knew there would be a diagnostic fee to come to my home. Also for charging labour for opening and closing a freezer drawer.
