I would give it a lower rating if I could , the staff are rude and lazy , when I walked in they were all standing around the counter chatting with each other didn't even greet me when I came into the store because they didn't see or hear me they were busy having their conversations . I then asked one of the girls about an item I saw online that they didn't have in store , she looked at me as if I was stupid or speaking a different language . I was ready to spend some money but with their terrible customer service and attitudes I decided to go elsewhere .

We were in the store today picking up a Christmas gift and my shy daughter made a comment about a Roots pride button Sheryl was wearing. I enquired about purchasing one like it, and was told it was a few years old. She asked who was interested in it and when I said my 13 year old, she just gave it to her! She was so thrilled! That tiny, generous gesture made her entire week. Thank you thank you for being an ally and making a welcoming space for my daughter! We will be back!
