We called Roberts plumbing to install the drain for a new bathtub, as well as level/ shim the tub, and replace the old copper pipes from the faucet plumbing, with new pex piping. They were very quick to respond and came just 2 days later, however the plumber that came was unaware that they were to install new pipes for the faucet, I explained that while the wall was still open we would like to replace them to avoid the possibility of pin hole leaks. They said the piping looked fine and to leave it. So they worked on levelling the tub and installing the new drain.After they left I was able to look at the tub and see that it was in fact, not level, and the shims they used seem to be unstable. I also noticed a small leak in the pipe we had asked for them to replace. I called them back and they did come back the next day to replace the pipe. However we had to re- level the tub ourselves because it was so poorly done, and we were charged a second truck charge for them to come back another time, and the labour for replacing the pipe we had asked for them to replace in the first place, which was very frustrating.So now we are charged for 2 truck charges (that should be one), as well as over $200 for the levelling of the bath tub which we had to redo ourselves.Upon calling them to discuss the bill the lady on the phone was unreasonably rude. We were requesting money off of the labour for the levelling (since we had to do it ourselves) and for the removal of the second truck charge. They did remove the second truck charge, and half an hour of labour off, which is still not enough for what we had to redo ourselves.The plumbers themselves were very kind when they were here doing the work, it’s just unfortunate that it was rushed and the customer service is very unprofessional. Won’t be using them again.

Guys in trucks branding this company often cut through the shoppers drug mart parking lot and are extremely reckless and hostile to pedestrians. Today I was almost run over by a man in a truck with this company’s logo on the side and the man in the truck was laughing about it and didn’t at all seem concerned. I was approaching the store in the designated crossing area and made eye contact with the driver before crossing, yet he advanced and attempted to “slip by” anyway. I literally said “please stop” and his window was down so he could hear me. I was close enough that I could physically touch the truck. Extremely dangerous, couldn’t imagine the carelessness on the job if the employees are willing to drive so recklessly to save 0.5 seconds while actively being paid by the hour.

Awesome, thanks guys!P.S. For those calling Enercare and having troubles....I called myself and had only understood every third word the lady said and I am sure the same for her. >.< But when I finally got them here, they were awesome. Nice and cozy tonight after 1.5 weeks of no heat or hot water, I had finally got through to someone by just calling their direct line. >.> Gotta love social housing. They stayed here for over 4 hours removing the bad tank and then replacing it, I was about ready to order them some dinner since it was approaching dinner time and beyond. They had been here steadfastly from 12-5

Have phoned multiple times, even contacted Enercare to help book an appointment for a technician to get in contact with us to resolve our issue with the tankless water heater and after weeks still no call back. Great customer service, NOT!

We've hired Robert's 2 different times (one for plumbing and one for furnace repair) and both times they weren't able to fix the issue. We were still charged for the "work" that was done and we ended up having to hire another company to fix the issues. I don't like leaving negative reviews for local businesses but both experiences left us disappointed and feeling ripped off.Service: Heating system repair

We had to have a couple of plumbing issues sorted and the water hooked up to our fridge after we moved into our home and Issac and Dennis came to the rescue. They were dispatched within an hour of my call and once they arrived they were very informative, guided us through what they were doing and very professional. We also had Mitchel come to check out our furnace and again, professional, informative and was here by the end of the day. Rob and his workers really helped us out when our water heater broke last week. Not only was their work top notch, they were timely, responsive, and affordable as well. Despite it being their last job on a Friday, his workers stayed longer to move the new tank away from the wall for me, and tidied up afterwards. Thank you!
