We'd been to about four different stores without success before trying Quarks. We didn't realize how close to closing time it was, but the staff member helping us was really accommodating and helpful. My partner couldn't find anything, but I found a new pair of Skechers I liked. Will definitely be back to see about a new pair of Merrells in the future.

Never stepping into Thunder Bay Quarks ever again. Terrible service and very rude sales associates. Just roll their eyes and make comments to one another about you thinking you don't see or hear them. Absolutely terrible.
