I was a patient of this "clinic". The clinic charges you, regardless of whether you attend to see the nurse practitioner or not on a monthly basis. Management is non-existent and the staff are not helpful.
My life insurance sent them the request for an attending physician statement. The clinic not only did not complete the form for three weeks, but they did not tell me that my primary care provider left the clinic, leaving me without a primary care provider and no life insurance.
Their business practices are negligent at best. When speaking with clinic staff, they were extremely defensive, rude, and hung up on me when I challenged their practice of not informing me my NP had left the clinic.
I realize we have a shortage of primary care providers in Thunder Bay, but please go anywhere but here if you respect your health care at all.

It's gone to crap. They took money from my account without my consent to cover my daughter's fee. Then they told me that they will transfer that money to next year...I left their clinic. Crappy service.
How about refunding me that amount you took...lol as if...

Won't answer calls. What am I paying private fees for if I can't get in?
Edit: wrote this review. They calles me and set up an appointment. Then they called me 5 times asking me to delete the review. Lol. Write a bad review and then you'll get service! At least I have an appointment now. Also super rude receptionist.

They are friendly and they treat you good when you first come in there and they are very helpful when you are asking them questions with what you want to know

Prescriptions have been completed quickly. Clinic and Nurse Practitioner have been able to fit me in and over the phone in emergencies to get antibiotics. Staff have always been polite and helpful.

We came to Thunder Bay for a couple days and were in an emergency situation with our son, the staff was so helpful and went out of their way to help us. Will definitely recommend to all our friends and family who live and visit the area!!

i have never had more terrible experiences than i have had at this office. i’ve been a patient here for two years. my issues have never been with the nurse practitioners, but the pharmacy staff and reception. the pharmacy has messed up my prescriptions numerous of times. receptionists have been rude and unprofessional, then tell you to give them a good review on google for a tim hortons gift card. this place is going down and going down fast. i’m very grateful that my nurse practitioner has moved to another location so i don’t have to deal with this awful place ever again.
