I love pet value on Arthur St Thunder Bay. The store staff is always happy and helpful. However, the two ladies that do the grooming are top notch. I absolutely love taking my dog there and continuing to do so even tho I moved across town! Love these gals!

Put fish on hold, they did not hold them, went to pick them up before closing was told it takes too long to get fish try again later, horrible customer service

really bad service, asked for fish to be on hold was assured that they would be put on hold, came back 15 mins before close to pick them up and found that they sold my hold further more they would not sell me any fish as it "takes to long" brutal

Could use more lizard products. Slim pickings. Have to wait while they hand count worms. Doggy bath is good. Puppy food recommendation has been good.
