I am extremely unimpressed with the work I had done. My 2015 jeep wrangler sport went in to their shop in February of this year for warranty work through need a car. I had the oil filter housing replaced because of a crack. They did not torque the bolts to spec or they used the old o rings and did not clean up the oil at bottom of motor. Resulting in the o rings to be crushed and for it to leak yet again. If I didn’t have a base mechanical knowledge and had not noticed they could have caused my engine to blow up. I am beyond disappointed with the job that was done. Will never have a vehicle taken there again and recommend people stay far away from it and need a car.

Brought my daughters vehicle in for warranty work, and the vehicle came out with a check engine light on when it was not before they touched it. Came out with oil temp gauge faulty and bogging out when accelerating

I have a 1991 dodge shadow and I was recommended to go their great condition on the vehicle before going. So I get it taken there in may/June time. They did all the work that was needed but one part the power window motor. They could not service it. So I was left on a wild goose chase finding this part trying eBay. It is all brand new to me as I am trying to get a vehicle on the road for myself so I felt I was taken advantage of because of my inexperience with vehicles and handling with mechanics. They had basically kick me out because they could not hold me in any longer. Late august I pay my bill for what they do. But I need it towed home. So the mechanic did not put the door panel back on so when I was heading to work one day (walking) I noticed a puddle of water in the feet area of the car when sitting. The window was open because of the door panel not being on. I thought there was no point on making a big deal but it is a big deal. My grandfather gave that to me before he died and I had work done before I gave it to them. Now that I look at the vehicle there is way more damage now on it because of being at pennsoil! My grandfather in his grave would be rolling around because of me letting someone that does not care really at the end of the day and only cares about a paycheck touch the vehicle. A whole summer wasted and now I can’t even use the car and have to store it for the winter and the door panel is still off! The value of the vehicle has gone down and quality…The service was okay at times by the mechanic but only the mechanic and receptionist. I had a balding guy just not give af at all and when I said something about it they were like “oh that’s definitely so and so”. Like it happens all the time.

10 minutes is a complete fantasy. Be prepared to be there at least 20 minutes for yourself and a lot longer if there is another vehicle in front of you.Service: Oil change

I was not happy with the service provided by this shop. While in Thunder Bay on holiday this September, my rental suv had a flat tire. This shop was recommended by the rental agency, to have the tire serviced. When I returned to pick up the suv the service tech told me the tire had 10 holes in it and was scrap. I did not have road side insurance, so I would be paying for the tire. I ask to see the holes. The tech pointed at a chain of bubbles and said there. I said I wasn’t paying for a new tire, he said I’ll fill it up good and you can drive between air fills. As he was taking it off the tire machine, I saw an actively bubbling hole in the tread. I asked that he fix the hole to slow the leak down. He agreed. Two pin penetrations were found and repaired. I finished the remaining 10 days of my holiday, without requiring an air fill. Therefore, the tech made a false statement about the severity of the damage, as fixing two holes solved the problem. This damages the reputation of tire techs across Canada, and also damages the reputation of Pennzoil.
