“After yrs of shopping here, I wanna say that when it comes to friendliness & eventually being on a 1st name bases, it's up 2you the customer, 2get there.From past experience (idk if it includes Big Ed's in F.W but) not everything bought from here works every time/all the time. I dislike that you can only get a refund if a certain part of the item's broken. otherwise just store credit.”

“Well some of the staff are really nice and some of the staff can be right rude with people if they are in a bad mood but most of the time they are nice to you and some of the staff will give you what you are asking for when you bring something to pawn and if you are there to buy anything some of the staff will give you a discount on what you are getting it depends on who is working and if they are in good moods but it's worth going there to see what they have in the store”
