Oil Change in Thunder Bay, ON

“During a heat wave, these guys were awesome and so fast. I stopped in on a Saturday morning (no line up!) and was promptly greeted and ushered into the work bay.

The attendant was kind and very giving to my kids in the car. He offered us bottled water and even had a tray of hot wheels cars they got to pick from. It was above and beyond. We were done in what felt like only a few mins (realistically it was probably 20 at most?). It's my second time being there, and I'm a fan.”

“Now these guys did an amazing job. I had a transmission filter that is external serviceable that I brought into them, that Gore motors refuse to do, that Mr lube on Arthur Street said they could not do because it was not serviceable, and I took it to these guys and I explained it to them and they did the job and they proved every other place that I was at wrong. So the moral to this story is you go to a company that listens to their customers understands their needs response to their needs and gives them honest fair treatment at a fair price. This company now has won me over for every automotive need that they can provide I will take to them. A note to the other companies this is called customer service and understanding your customers needs and wants. Thank you guys and I'm your new lifetime customer.”

“Went there with no appointment assuming I’d picked up something in my tire to cause a flat. Dylan explained it was my valve stem so easy peasy he’d hook me up. Just as he went to remount tire he discovered I actually had a cracked rim and couldn’t put tire back on my car. He was quick to consult with I assume was a supervisor and they both came over to explain where things were at. They offered a solution in under 5mins … Sahwheet!!! They got a rim from elsewhere and had me on my way as fast as humanly possible. The entire time I was there I was offered items to make my stay more tolerable. Customer service ? percent!!!! Thanks again guys for being patient explaining my situation and quickly offering a solution. Well done everyone for service on the fly …. Absolutely recommend!!!!”
