I had excellent service. The employee helping us was was very polite and patient with me and my kids. The cases are very well priced and he did an amazing job putting on the screen protectors. I will definitely recommend in the future. They had cases for my old galaxy Note 8 phone which surprised me.

There was a good introductory service, but when he started to replace the screen protector of our phone, everything changed. He did it in the worse way possible (very rude), after we got our new screen protector we just felt bad, like if someone just damaged our phone before us. I would recommend more training on how to replace screen protector for phones, and on time management.
