Got our muffler fixed. Showed up, showed them the problem and Nate the legend, fixed our trucks muffler in 30 minutes. He even recommended to replace a part that was in terrible condition. Great service, those guys sweat there bottoms off all day and are still able to put a smile on their face. Great team, great service.

Mechanics were good & fast but the one older man had a horrible attitude when it came to finding out information & asking questions about my vehicle. Especially the front desk lady. Very rude attitude & if I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. I shouldn’t be able to smell what you had to drink last night on your breath when im trying to talk about my vehicle (hoping the lady wasn’t at work drunk) *keep in mind my appointment was at 8am* I had my appointment booked for a week came in and asked about how long it would take and all they said is I’m not sure I could rebook you for next week. It seems like they don’t want business. Or people to come back at least. Disappointing Thunder Bay

Our motor home has muffler issues driving from Dryden. Google reviews were good ? so we had our muffler issues dealt with right away, in & out within 1 hour. Very good price and service. Thank you Minute Muffler your name is perfect for the service.

I was greeted immediately and asked to describe the issue (smelled like exhaust in the car). I thought I had a muffler problem. The technician explained what he would do and would keep me updated. It turned out that there was a little piece that needed welding, but identified the real issue as an oil leak and advised me on service options,
including suggesting the dealership. Both he and the women at the desk were friendly and professional and the young man was very honest about the issue. He didn't want to charge me for anything. I came back and gave him a tip anyway. Friendly, professional and honest, you can't beat that.
