Midas was my regular mechanic place until I had a horrible experience. I guess I was lucky enough for Marty to always have been working whenever I called in or dropped off my vehicle, great customer service which made me choose Midas over other Mechanics in town.
Unfortunately, during my last visit I faced an extremely rude front desk person which lead to me physically shaking while I walked out. The owner's cousin was in-store while this happened, and he acknowledged that it was not a good customer service. I will no longer be going back, hope additional training/coaching is provided so no one else has to go through what I went through.

I was passing thru town had a noise in my front end they were able to fit me in ASAP which I appreciate but they swapped my tie rod ends come to find out a few hundred km later that it's my CV axle and now I have to deal with swapping out my diff as well so no thanks for that 🤷🤦

In the middle of a long trip East, check engine light came on. We thought it could be trip ending. Midas took us in without an appointment, on a Saturday no less. They had us on our way in less than an hour. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, couldn't ask for better. Go here!!!

Faced with a very expensive quote from another shop down the street, the guys at Midas were willing and able to repair the part instead of replace it, saving me a LOT of money. I've been very happy with their work on both our older vehicles.

Last night my exhaust pipe broke off and was dragging on the ground. Being a Friday I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed over the weekend. Luckily Midas on Memorial Avenue is open on a Saturday. I arrived just as they were opening.
I left the car with Pete at the service desk. It wasn’t long after that I received a call with the information that the parts were available and the car would be fixed this very day. I was so relieved.
When I dropped by the mechanic gave me an inspection and thorough description of what was needed. An estimate of cost was also provided.
A couple of hours later I was able to pick up my very quiet car.
Best service ever. I highly recommend this muffler service business.

Called ahead of time about a thermostat that was stuck on closed while traveling across Ontario. The man on the phone said they would have time to fix it and scheduled us in for an appointment. Upon arrival the man at the desk was incredibly rude and said the man on the phone told us it wouldn't be finished today (he did not). This is the third bad experience I have had from Midas. Please give your business to a local company that could use the support and not a chain that only has rude staff and will waste your time.

After having a bunch of work done on my truck elsewhere, I was told the front end was “tight” and ready for an alignment. Rob was quick to let me know that my lower ball joints had some play and that it would be a waste of time and money to get an alignment. The staff was extremely efficient in getting me a quote, and I had fresh ball joints, a properly aligned truck, and peace of mind by the end of the day. Midas is my new go to shop for any work that needs to get done down the road. Thank you
