We were looking for a gift and went in for a look to see what they had for Grandmothers. We were in the store approximately 3 minutes before I said, "Let's go."
The girl hovered even though we said we are just looking and will let you know if we need assistance.
They have some nice pieces, but I was not feeling comfortable, so we left.
We found an awesome gift at Charms and did not feel shadowed.

I brought in my engagement ring into this establishment in august to get sized. It now has been 2 months later and I still don’t have it even tho I called yesterday and they said they had it finally. Went to get it today and they now say they don’t have it. I’ve missed the peak of fall for my engagement photos and had to pay off the photographer because we didn’t have the ring for the shoot. I do not recommend this place if your looking for any sort of jewelry. They also haven’t contacted me once I’ve been having to be the one to call. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Really put a damper on the whole experience.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The Jewelry is beautiful. Bought 2 necklaces for my granddaughters and they couldn't be happier with them!

I received an engagement ring from this store. Super excited. I needed a significantly smaller ring. I agreed to a special order replacement. 6 weeks later, I called the store and determined that it was in store (I had not been contacted). The new stone was significantly different than the original stone.It was stressful. (I should mention that the receipt for the original purchase was presented to me, at the counter...not cool). I agreed to a re-sizing of the new ring. The store subsequently closed due to Covid 19. Understandable. 3 months later, I contacted corporate customer service about store re-opening and obtaining my ring and was advised that no information was available. On June 29, 2020, I was at the mall and determined that the store had reopened. I asked if my ring was available and was advised that there was an unopened stock box in the back. I asked when it would be opened and she advised me that it was close to the end of the work day. It was 6pm and the store closed at 7pm. The store opened at 11am. She assured me that I would be contacted when my ring was available. I indicated that this had not been my experience in the past. The following day, I called the store by phone, and determined that my ring was available for pick up. Based on the customer service I have received throughout this process, I would NEVER recommend this store, and we will not be using Michael Hill for the purchase of our wedding bands.

Have been in this place a couple times with my fiancé since they have opened.. she has bought a couple things there and we went recently to browse in the evening the tiny girl that’s there a lot she had served us.. tbh it reminds me why we bought the engagement ring elsewhere. She’s very unprofessional.. has a big ego and is irritating to deal with.. just don’t see this place sticking in tbay, will end up like Ben Moss.

Great place with great deals staff is so friendly
