An issue arose with my truck about two months after bringing here after one of the mechanics screwed up. Upon explaining what happened to Jason, he told me to bring it in and have it looked at. He changed the parts needed and didn’t charge me for the labour or parts. Very professional service. A+

Josh is one amazing mechanic with the ability to fix….well anything I think. His prices are super reasonable and will fix only what NEEDS to be fixed. Shop rates are reasonable especially with the personal and professional quality you receive. I have an import that no one in the city wanted to work on even the people that claim to be “import” specialists. Mezzo took the job in and yes it took some time to complete but totally satisfied!!! Josh listens to his customers which is something you don’t see often. Most are “don’t tell me what the problem is, I know what it is.” Not here. If you are wrong, he will let you know and work out a reasonable solution. Thank you Mezzo!!! I can now keep on motoring. Would never take my car or truck anywhere else!!!Services: Transmission

This is the best shop around. They have the nicest and most honest mechanic I have ever met. More than fair pricing, if anything they are under charging. I had my car in for what I thought was going to be a big job, but they found that the issue was actually much smaller and simpler. I was oblivious, so I would have happily paid for a bunch of unnecessary work to get done and never would have known, but they have hearts of gold and gave me an honest and knowledgeable service instead! I thought my car was a goner when I brought it to get inspected. I was pleasantly surprised when Josh informed me that it was a simple fix that he had already resolved.He continued on with what I found to be a very thorough review of what would be needed to successfully pass a safety (which turned out to be exceptionally minimal) as I was considering trading, given I thought my car had major problems.During our entire interaction I found him to be completely transparent, patient and very kind as I asked questions for clarification - I have limited knowledge about vehicles.Overall I found it to be a refreshingly genuine experience that ended up saving me a ton.Customer service is on point at this shop. 100/10 would recommend!Services: Transmission

I took my vehicle to get a safety here, they called a slew of things to be fixed with my truck. I bought parts for the truck in trust that these had to be changed. I then took truck apart and found that they lied. I had wasted my money and bought parts on their list that were already brand new on the truck. I feel the took advantage of me because I was a woman I have lost trust in this company and will not support their business and will let my friends know to steer clear of these irresponsible people. Very rude. Not satisfied.

The service was incredibly friendly. I was having issues with my suv and Josh explained the issues with my suv, and was repaired in a timely fashion. The price to repair my suv, was affordable and couldn't believe the amount, it was alot less then i was expecting to pay. Great service and very accommodating. For someone like myself, I tend to find it intimidating going to a garage and trying to explain what’s happening with my vehicle. Let’s be honest here, I know nothing about vehicles. Josh made this fear of mine disappear rather quickly. He was very helpful and went above and beyond for me. I truly appreciated that he explained what was going on, how to fix it, and was transparent about what needed to be fixed sooner rather than later.
