I was inline at the customer service waiting for someone to help me. There were at least three other employees leisurely standing behind the counter. Brenda came out from a room and seen I was waiting for assistance She immediately called me up and offered her service. She resolved my problem and dealt with my issues quickly. She showed professionalism, courtesy and good old fashioned costumer service. Thank you Brenda for you service and assistance.

The tracking app was very accurate. I was given a 4 hour delivery time and I received my purchase within 45 mins with 5 deliveries before me. The two gentlemen were very efficient and courteous. I am very pleased with the process

Great in-store service. Furniture arrival took a many weeks, and may have been in the store for a while before I phoned to check on the status of the order. When I called, I was told they were just about to call me. May be true, of course.
The delivery guys were excellent. Friendly, efficient, skilled at moving large items around. They unpacked and fully assembled it in our living room. Seamless!
