The security are horrible! They target all natives and even the elderly native people. Once they insulted me and asked where is your food and I had no money but luckily my cousin was there and she bought me a meal from taco time. Once I caught them staring at me and I took a picture to show what they’re like and they told me to leave but also got in my way and chased me as I was leaving. I took a video and as I was about to wait for the bus they kept yelling at me to get off the property but I was on public property trying to get on the bus. I repeatedly asked them if I’m bothering anyone and what I’m doing wrong. They just treated me like trash! I don’t like them one bit!

Good stores but this place is full of crime and there's cops 24/7 taking people away there is people overdosing there is gross drunk people there a lot of people stealing it's horrendous people even smoke inside the building

Security had to get involved as my wife and I complained to Telus store staff who ruined my phone, lied to us about Telus programs and how they could transfer files and applications from my old phone to my new phone. Security staff were not helpful and did not hold Telus responsible for a lost day, compromised phone capabilities, rude and dishonest store staff.
