“We love Dufresne Furniture & Appliance Store! We have always had excellent experiences both in the store and with any deliveries. Our most recent purchase was of a new fridge and stove. Charlene was very informative and made the shopping experience very enjoyable. (Not something you would expect when shopping for appliances.) They were then delivered today with a hitch. Jake was a very polite and personable young man. He and his partner were both very pleasant. Taking utmost care with the appliances and the surroundings. “Mr. Massaro and his team arrived as promised and kept us up to date on timing of our “uplifting” experience. Barry and his team are wonderful to have working on our camp. They are real pros who don’t quit until the job is well done. We are more than thrilled that our camp is now resting on well grounded and balanced supports and we can relax about the ravages of Mother Nature on our camp foundation. “I went to the Ashley store to look for a recliner for my husband's birthday which was the next day. I found a great recliner with help from Chris Prystanski. Together, Chris and store manager Matt were amazing, working to make sure the delivery was immediate. These guys are top notch. I never had a better experience buying furniture. Unfortunately, the recliner was not suitable so after contacting Chris, my husband and I went to the store where he choose another recliner. While we were there we also decided to update our sofa. We chose a great new sofa with matching ottoman and are very pleased with all our pieces. Chris is friendly, knowledgeable and listens to your needs. Both Chris and Matt have a sense of humor which made our time at the Ashley store even more enjoyable. We left the Ashley Home Store happy, satisfied and with our wallet intact, as we received good value for our purchases. We will be back! Thanks Guys! ? “Today i went to surplus furniture searching for a mattress , i have been to many other places in town and all of them were either over priced or the staff was uninviting and tried to push product on me i never even asked about. That being said , Right away when i entered surplus furniture i got a good feeling!! Richard , Steve and Jack as well as the rest the staff were very inviting and listened to me and and what i wanted price wise and mattress wise , they worked with me very patiently and addressed all my concerns or questions with smiles on their faces, HIGHLY recommend if you are searching for furniture you stop by surplus furniture on memorial , GREAT STAFF , great prices and just a very professionally run store. Definitely will be back !”
“I removed a window from the bathroom that faced my neighbour's main entrance ?. I have a brick home and I didn't want to fill the hole in with siding or plywood. I spoke to Gary and voila! looks like I have a window on the outside even though I don't and did not disturbed the brick and stone sill. Very happy!”
