I called before ordering a canoe pack online to ensure it would arrive on time as it was tight for delivery times. I was ensured it would arrive the day before I needed it so I ordered the pack. The following day Canada Post sent me an email indicating it would arrive a day later then expected and thus not in time. I called and I was again ensured it would arrive in time. As promised the pack arrived early in the morning the day before I had to leave. The staff was helpful and patient with my calls.
I will use them again.

Really great store with a fair selection. They've got all the essentials and fair prices. Good sales right now also. The two staff working were extremely helpful and friendly. I had a nice time chatting and left with more than I went in for. I'm happy to go out of my way to visit stores like this to avoid ordering from places like MEC or Sail. Looking forward to being a regular customer now!
