“Well I lost a bag of groceries doing self checkout , I thought. Called the store and the lady was very nice on the phone. Only my stupidity i left the bag outside my car when i got home. I looked again phoned her back and they were happy i found it. I love my Thunder Bay store!”

We were delighted by the employee who helped us out named Daniel. He took the time to answer all our questions and got us a great price! “I recently had an outstanding experience at Canadian Tire’s service center Fort william Rd location in Thunder Bay. In a pinch, I needed a tire replacement and was beyond happy with their competitive pricing. Not only did they offer a better price than other local shops, but their customer service went above and beyond.
The manager Paul quickly made arrangements to fit me in for an emergency replacement. Their kindness and efficiency turned a stressful situation into a pleasent one. I left feeling not only relieved but Paul's ability to go above and beyond has made me feel appreciated as a customer.”
