Travelling across the country we ran into car trouble outside Thunder Bay. CRS saw us that day, fixed our problem, and were also friendly and professional. They even gave us tips on where to go as a family while we waited and picked us up from that location. Would highly recommend!

I am changing my reviews for CRS auto as today i am really feeling disappointed by their entire team. I asked them to get rid of clanking sound, gas tank and engine light due to evap. They only fix the gas tank while the rest of the issues remain the same and now asking for more labour money. The evap canister part they installed serve no purpose. Long story short asking for more and didn't fix my problems so thumbs down ?

CRS Auto has always been fair with prices. CRS staff have always taken the time and listened to all my concerns with utmost respect, professionalism, and understanding! Dave B is by far 1 of the BEST mechanics because I can trust my life in his hands. I've never had to wait more than 24hrs for my vehicle to be looked at,confirmed and fixed. At CRS, we aren't customers. We are treated like fam-dam-family. Thank you so much for keeping me safe!! I appreciate all that you do for me. Above and beyond!!

After being stranded in a strange town over a 3-day long weekend, I really appreciate how Dave and the Team at CRS assessed and found a used radiator in-town to get me on the road toward my east-coast destination by lunchtime. After being sorely disappointed with another auto shop in town we were referred here. The service was second to none. They were helpful and explained things. They went a little over the quote, but it was still within my budget and beat that other shop by a mile. I definitely recommend this place....especially if you're a woman alone. They don't talk down to you, they explain it so you understand. Next time you need your vehicle looked at, take it to CRS.....you won't regret it.
