One of the your employee “bobby” is behaving very rude. He said that you always redeemed all free item from circle K games instead of buying any items from the store. He started judging me which is not his job.

I always come here the odd occasion to make purchase and never had a issue until today.I've came to the store today around 3:40 pm to purchase 4 medium slushies 1 large for my kids. When tapping my card the machien said *insufficient funds* so I reload my bank balance and realized I was short however, I had enough for the 4 medium slushies so I kindly ask the cashier to take the large slushi off. He then starts giving me attitude saying *why didn't I check my balance nefore hand* which I apologized and explain again that simply don't have enough but willing to pay for the 4 slushies since i have enough for that. Then he insists and demands that I PAY for the large slushie and countuined to non stop telling me that *he can't throw out the slushi and that I have to PAY for it* I felt like he was trying to FORCE me to pay for the large slushy and he would NOT take it off the bill..If I had enough, I would of bought it. So me and my wife realized this wasnt going anywhere and he countuined to give attitude so we told him"No!, I'm not happy with your attitude, I will go elsewhere." And we took off empty handed. I would like to point out that, that behavior is very unprofessional. He needs to recheck his customer service skills. We will not be returning here, that was very uncalled for behavior.

Poor customer service skills, cashier to work on comunicating better with the customer needless to say I'm very disappointed must be better in the futureJune 23, 933 am: was treated rudely by a cashier, this person said to me that I will be refused service in future. I bought pull tickets and I truly was unaware that I had to remain in the store to claim a prize. I won $3 dollars but didn't receive the money, I truly didn't know and for that I'm being punished I'm truly sorry if I caused any trouble. ????
